her opinions are always reasonable and never opinionated. i am so happy she has come out of her shell and been able to express herself in the podcast. and if his staff are being treated so badly, why don't they quit? they aren't legally binded to stay with the podcast. they obviously are the butt of ethan's jokes sometimes, but he never has ill intention. if anything, his staff seem to really enjoy their jobs and the workplace. there is literally no proof for you to say that at all. ethan simply doesn't disrespect his staff. but that was not ethan, hila, or the crews fault. when she started to spiral, it was clear that it wouldn't work anymore. you have to admit they had great chemistry and an addictive dynamic. they tried the podcast together and it worked for a long time. just because ethan knew of her bad past doesn't mean that he should have completely pushed her aside. the thing with trisha is a whole nother issue. they can't be doing funny videos forever, it gets old after a while. it was a great "next step" in their career.

i think they made a great transition into the podcast world by creating this channel and going full force with it. the people who subbed to h3h3 productions subbed to the h3h3 productions channel not the podcast channel. You will go bankrupt if you keep shitting on your fans. Unless you want an audience consistent of only drama obsessed trisha fans, fucking listen to us and stop banning any criticism from your sub and comments. If by chance the H3 crew see this, don't push us aside. She's obnoxious and overly opinionated, and she also has a superiority complex. He has a superiority complex and cums his pants at any chance of acting like a "boss" and making his employees life hell. Disrespecting his staff: He treats his staff like shit.He knows he's letting dirt into the family and he's willing to risk it for those views, how else will he pay for his numerous multi million dollar houses? I find it shocking that Trisha has literally weaseled her way into their family by marrying Hila's brother and Ethan has no problem with it. The sole reason he kept her coming back, and even made a weekly segment for her is because he knows Trishas fans are subbing and drama gets views. If you had started off with this dog shit podcast you'd have no subscribers at all.
